Our goal is to make our customers‘ online shopping experience even more conveniet and safe. When shopping online you are protected by Paysera online security system. You will only be able to pay by bank card. In order to do that you must:
- On the top left corner of the new window choose the option New Order, select the items you wish to buy and confirm the order.
- In the new window check the content of the order, confirm the type of delivery and press Next.
- In the Payment window choose your bank or credit institution and complete the payment procedure.
Remember – your username and password are confidential information that is not to be revealed to third parties.
Payment by Agreement
If you are our customer with a payment delay agreement, when you log in on the website www.svydis.lt and complete your electronic order, in the Payment window choose the option Payment by Agreement. The order will be processed, if you have no overdue payments according to the contract (the payments‘ status indicator is green). If you have overdue payments from previous orders (the payments‘ status indicator is red) the system will not allow you to proceed with the order.
Delivery or Pick Up of Goods
If the order is paid or made according to the agreement, the goods will be delivered to the address you provided in Lithuania in 1-3 working days.
IMPORTANT: Delivery in the teritory of Lithuania is free of charge if the sum of the order is more than 60 Euros. In other case delivery fee of the delivery service provider is added. Return of undamaged goods
Customers of Svydis Ltd. (refered to as the Vendor) have the right to return goods to the Vendor without stating the reason in 14 calendar days from purchasing the goods, if it complies with the rules stated by the Lithuanian Consumer Institute (to see the rules, click here). The customer returns the goods by delivering them to the Vendor‘s storage facility at the following address: Europos str. 121, Kaunas. The Vendor only accepts goods in their original undamaged packaging in the complete original set. Upon return the customer shall submit the VAT invoice that came together with the parcel or another document that serves as a proof that the item was purchased from the Vendor, such as the number of electronic order. Painting materials whose metal packaging has been opened or damaged or that are not returned as complete set shall not be accepted. The expenses of returning the goods shall be covered by the customer. Return warranty does not apply to ready-to-use paint. Upon receiving the items that are returned and assessing their condition the Vendor returns the money to the customer in cash at the time of receiving the items or by bank transfer to the customer‘s account in 10 calendar days.
Return of defective items or incomplete sets
A customer who wants to file a complaint about a defective item, or an incomplete set, can do it by emailing to email@example.com or by contacting the manager in charge. In the complaint the customer must provide the folowing information: 1) Copies of the items‘ acquisition and the warranty 2) Description of the item‘s malfunction and the circumstances of the malfunction 3) If the item that needs repair/maintenance is a stationary piece of equipment its address must be provided 4) Inform when and how the item will be delivered for repair to the following address: Europos pr. 121, Kaunas and deliver the item to the address mentioned above.
The Vendor respons to the customer‘s request in 24 hours from the item’s delivery for repair. The item is repaired in 48 hours from the malfunction detection time. However, if specific spare parts of equipment or tools are needed for the repair the repair time is extended for as long as it takes to receive the spare parts from the manufacturer. The delivery period for non-standard spare parts is 21 calendar days from the day when malfunction is detected.
